Mountain Bike (MTB) Basic Skills Women Only
Suitable for girls who would like to learn the basic skills of MTB riding in a nurturing environment with other women. Off road trails in good weather; bike paths rides if poor conditions (to protect our beautiful environment). Join us for a coffee and chat to finish off the session.

Trail Running or Navigation Trek Session
A focus on improving specific skills and techniques for running, trail running, off track running, navigation and coasteering for AR, Multisport events and general fitness.

Aimed at those who are keen to compete in Off-Road Triathlon. The session will involve a combination of beach, path and trail running, ocean swimming and transitions. (September-April only).

Join us for a social paddle around the Noosa waterways and into the ocean if conditions are favourable. Bring craft, paddle and PFD.

Aimed at those who are keen to compete in Off-Road Triathlon. The ride will involve a mixture of skills and XC intensity style of mountain bike riding which sometimes will include some transitions. Off road trails in good weather; bike paths rides if poor conditions (to protect our beautiful environment). May-August: You will need good lights.

A step up from the basic skills ride and will be suitable for riders with good fitness and a good hold on basic mountain bike skills. Off road trails in good weather; bike paths rides if poor conditions (to protect our beautiful environment).

Ocean/River Paddle Session
A focus on technique, but will still include some short and long intervals for those seeking performance improvements. Suitable for paddlers who have a good hold on basic skills and wish to develop these further. River session if ocean conditions are unsuitable.
