Suitable for anyone who would like to learn the basic skills of MTB riding in a nurturing environment with other like-minded riders. Off road trails in good weather; bike paths rides if poor conditions (to protect our beautiful environment). Join us for a coffee and chat to finish off the session.

Mountain Bike  Session
Aimed at those who are keen to compete in Off-Road Triathlon. The ride will involve a mixture of skills and XC intensity style of mountain bike riding which sometimes will include some transitions. Off road trails in good weather; bike paths rides if poor conditions (to protect our beautiful environment). May-August: You will need good lights.

A social ride on new or different trails.   Off road trails in good weather; bike paths rides if poor conditions (to protect our beautiful environment).  Free for Tri Adventure members.

Ocean Paddle Session
A focus on technique, but will still include some short and long intervals for those seeking performance improvements. Suitable for paddlers who have a good hold on basic skills and wish to develop these further. River session if ocean conditions are unsuitable.

AR/Multisport Training Session
A combination of Mtb, run/trek, paddle, navigation – targeting upcoming events. Duration: 2 – 6 hours
