Personal Training Sessions:

These sessions can be arranged by negotiation for individuals or corporate teams who may not be ready to join a squad or would like extra support and advice to develop skills in open water swimming, trail running, mountain bike (MTB) riding, paddling or navigation.

Cost: $50 per hour

Learn to Paddle:

Learn to paddle a multisport ski. We cater for both individuals and small groups.

For individuals, we have a range of stable skis to get you started – $10 extra for the use of Tri Adventure ski, paddle & PFD.

For groups, we recommend you hire your ski from Kayak Noosa – additional cost.

Cost: $50 per person per session (contact us for small group price)

Learn to Mountain Bike:

Learn how to ride a mountain bike safely on the trails. We cater for both individuals and small groups.

We teach you the basics of mountain biking, then we try to move you into one of our group sessions as soon as you have the skills and confidence on the trails.

If you don’t own your own mountain bike we recommend you hire one from Venture Cycles – additional cost.

Cost: $50 per person per session (contact us for small group price)

Adventure Fitness Programs:

This includes an initial fitness consultation, a PT session each week along with a personalised weekly fitness program to help you stay on track with your fitness goals.

Cost: $300 per 4 week block

Personalised Monthly Training Programs:

These sessions can be arranged by negotiation for individuals who may be wanting to improve their fitness and wish to gain further assistance and structure with their approach to training. These programs are designed specifically for you and the events or goals you are aiming for.

Cost: $100 per 4-week block

Sessions by appointment only.

** All participants are required to complete and sign the Registration and Participant Agreement prior to participating in any sessions conducted by Tri Adventure.
